Montgrau is a 130 hectares private villa surrounded by orange trees and the “Sierra de la Murta” mountain. It is part of a wonderful valley in front of the sea, which is 10 km away. A very quiet place, without neighbours or roads, in the middle of the nature and close to the beach.
It has 11 bedrooms distributed in: a principal house of 400m2, with 7 rooms and 5 bathrooms, kitchen, “paellero”, living room; and another house for guests of 470 m2 which has 4 suites rooms with private bathroom, kitchen, living room with the capacity of 30 people and a ping pong’s room.
There is wifi, satellite TV, heating and air conditioning, music system, a tennis and a frontennis court .. Besides all the garden is illuminated as well as the entrance way. All you need for an unforgettable family or friends holidays.
In addition, Montgrau has swimming-pool, a cellar inside a typical valencian guard tower. The house has several terraces and gardens of 3000 m2.
There are some paths that start from the house where you can walk along the “Serra de la Murta”, a beautiful natural area with nice views of the mountain and the sea, caves, and from the top you can see from “Cabo la Nao” until “La Albufera de Valencia”.
The nearest beaches are 10 km away in the tourist cities like Cullera, Tavernes de la Valldigna, Xeraco and Gandía.
Valencia is 40 minutes by car, and the distance to the Manises Airport is 50km.
